Harvest profile

Not much is known about clam resources on Silent Beach, but there is at least one area that is good for harvesting Manila clams. That area is approximately a half mile south of the northern boundary of this beach (see beach map). Native littleneck clams can be found here and they appear to be abundant in places. There are probably horse clams and cockles on this beach. Geoducks can likely be found in the lower tide zone.

There are some oysters on Silent Beach. They may be abundant in places.
